EQUAL EMPLOYMENT POLICY
This policy is based upon our philosophy to create and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. It establishes that Skilled Now and its divisions will not discriminate against or harass any company employee, applicant, customer, supplier, or stakeholder because of race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or ancestry. This policy not to discriminate includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Skilled Now and its corporate divisions will employ those applicants who have the necessary skills, education, and experience, without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or ancestry.
  • Skilled Now and its corporate divisions will promote, upgrade, transfer, demote, recruit, advertise, or recruit for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or ancestry.
  • Skilled Now and its corporate divisions will train during employment and select for training and internship programs without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or ancestry.

This policy is consistent with our objective of providing equal employment opportunity in a working environment for all employees free of discrimination, prejudice and bias and high quality service to our customers, partners, and stakeholders. Problems related to equal opportunity employment and a harassment-free work environment are to be brought in the first instance to the supervising manager, who will escalate as necessary to conduct a fair and complete investigation of the matter and take the appropriate action depending upon the circumstances.
