Test Center Management Reports

Support the variety of responsibilities for authorized testing centers and publishers to manage test taker activity, proctor activity, and test center operations.

  • Dashboard:  For Instructors, ATC Administrators, Test Publishers

    Graphical, real-time display of test activity report per country / test center / test / instructor / test taker 

  • Test Score Details:  For Instructors, ATC Administrators, Test Authors, Test Publishers

    Lists test results for all test takers for a specified date range, sorted oldest to most recent. Report includes primary test result details. Used for test quality assurance audits.    

  • Test Group Report:  For: Instructors

    For practice test performance, report displays the group name, instructor, test, student name, and results of the practice test. Used for quality assurance audits.

  • Inventory Report:  For ATC Administrators, Test Publishers, Issues Alerts

    Displays the number of pre-acquired tests and expiration dates, per vendor, in stock in each test center ready for test taker purchase and use. Used for inventory audits. 

  • Distributor Inventory:  For ATC Administrators, Issues Alerts

    Displays the number of tests in inventory per distributor that are allocated and non-allocated. Also shows the number allocated, used, and remaining within each of the distributor's branch test centers.  Issues alerts when the center reaches the minimum remaining quantity on hand.  

  • Inventory Transactions:  For ATC Administrators

    Displays the test products allocated to a testing center, the transaction date for the allocations, and the expiration date of each test.   

  • Multi-Site Status:  For ATC Administrators, Test Publishers

    Lists location, contact information, and status (active or inactive) for all branch locations for a distributor/corporate location that manages more than one test branch. 

  • Branch Inventory:  For ATC Administrators, Test Publishers, Issues Alerts

    Displays the number of pre-acquired tests and expiration dates, per vendor, in stock for each distributor/corporate location and branch test center. Issues alerts when the branch reaches the minimum remaining quantity on hand.

  • Branch Inventory by Program:  For ATC Administrators, Issues Alerts

    Displays the number of tests, by program that are allocated and non-allocated in a branch's inventory. Issues alerts when the branch reaches the minimum remaining quantity on hand.

  • Test Score Results-Branch:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers

    Displays test taker results for the selected test name and specified date for each branch within a multi-site enterprise.  

  • Test Score Results by Date:  For: Test Authors, Test Publishers

    Lists all test taker results for each branch of a multi-site distributor/corporate location. Run by specified date range. Report includes test program and name, test date, score, pass/fail result, and time used to complete the test.  Used for test performance analysis and audit.

  • Test Orders Summary:  For Test Publishers

    Displays all test orders by specified date-range, the order status and Customer P.O. number. Links to Order Detail View.

  • Test Order Details:  For ATC Administrators, Test Publishers

    Displays specific order details including the customer, test product name, order date, payment terms, and invoice number. 

  • Test Taker Results:  For: Test Authors, Test Publishers

    Lists all test taker results by testing center for a specified date range. Report includes test program and name, test language, test date, score, pass/fail result, and time used to complete the test.  Used for test performance analysis and audit.

  • Test Taker Results, Plus:  For ATC Administrators, Test Publishers

    Displays comprehensive test results with test taker and test center details. Report includes test taker, test name, specific test results, test location, and test proctor information.

  • Results by Test Group:  For Instructors, ATC Administrators

    Displays test results by test group name for a specified date range and test publisher. Report includes the test location, instructor, and assigned proctor. Report also includes test taker, test name, start and end times, and score. 

  • Print Test Results - Score Cards:  For Test Takers, ATC Administrators, Test Publishers

    Display and print score cards with test taker name, test name, and test score for a specified date range.

  • Print Test Results – Certificate:  For Test Takers, ATC Administrators, Test Publishers

    Display and print certificates with test taker name, test name, and certificate ID for a specified date range.      

  • Instructor Results Summary:  For Instructors

    Lists the total pass/fail results and % for a specific instructor for a specified date range. Includes the test name and total count of tests taken.

  • Test Results Summary:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers, Instructors

    Displays the pass/fail result for a test for a specified date range. Includes test name, number of test takers for each test, and the pass percentage. 

  • Test Taker Summary:  For ATC Administrators, Instructors, Test Publishers

    Displays results for all test takers and test types by test group for a specified date range. Includes  cut score, test taker actual score, and exam date.
