Test Performance Reports

Primarily for test authors and test publishers to analyze test and question validity, reliability, appropriateness and guide proper actions – retire, revise, maintain, or other pertinent actions.

  • Question Usage:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers, Issues Alerts

    Details the data about each question within the selected test. Report includes counts for the number of times the question was used, and number of correct answers, incorrect answers, and skipped questions.  Used for test performance analysis.

  • Question Duration:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers, Test Proctors, Test Administrators, Issues Alerts

  • Question Appearance:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers Issues Alerts

    Displays the number of times a test form and/or question has appeared. Used to help determine when to retire a test form or test question.  Used for test performance analysis and audit.

  • Test Score Details:  For Instructors, ATC Administrators, Test Authors, Test Publishers

    Lists test results for all test takers for a specified date range. Report includes primary test result details. Used for test quality assurance audits.    

  • Skills Summary Report:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers, Instructors

    Displays the average score for each skill/learning objective within a skills test. Sorts by test name for a specified date range. Includes number of test takers, percentage correct for each skill, and pass rate percentage. Used for test performance analysis and training effectiveness.

  • Test Takers Skills Report : For Test Authors, Test Publishers, Instructors

    Displays the test taker score for each skill/competency within a test. Sorts by test name for a specified date range. Includes exam date, total test score, and percentage correct for each skills/competency.

  • Test Results Detail:  For Test Authors, Test Publishers

    Lists each test in a specified date range with test score details. Report includes pass/fail rates by count and percentage, low, high, median, and mean scores.
